This company is the best choice for sale of a home. Andy and crew were very easy to work with and helpful throughout the process. Same day funds once you hit the title company for transfer of ownership. I would and will recommend this company to anyone. They can do this as fast as you need well at least 72 hours. But you can't go wrong with them.

Purple Mountain is Great. Andy & Matt are great to work with. Everything is up front-There is no doubt about any finance, funds to you as a seller, they work with you as so many "realtors" don't reveal everything until the last minute. Do not want to forget Gracie as she is also great. The title company company "Empire" is also great. They made you feel so welcome & VERY professional. Purple Mountain They are the best!!!
